WARRANTY DETAILS

 

Green Pedal e-Scooters offers limited, reasonable warranty coverage on manufacturer defects.  This warranty is included in your PDI charge (included in e-Scooter prices) and covers all labour costs required to provide warranty service during the warranty period.  Warranty repairs must be done by Green Pedal e-Scooters.  Pick-up and delivery services not included in warranty coverage.

Parts Warranty Period (from date of purchase):

     Frame, Swing Arm & Motor- 1 Year
     Battery, Electrical & Mechanical Components - 90 days

What the warranty will not cover:

Green Pedal e-Scooter’s limited warranty does not cover (not limited to) vinyl materials (seats), fairings (plastics), tires, tubes, light bulbs or damage due to lack of maintenance, accident, misuse or abuse. 

Green Pedal e-Scooters reserves the right to reject warranty claims deemed invalid. 

 

Modifications

Any vehicle modifications (other than cosmetic) not approved by Green Pedal will void the warranty.  Green Pedal e-Scooters reserves the right to reject warranty claims due to unapproved vehicle modifications.
